The hotel staff were very helpful and gave us excellent tips about getting around the city. The onsen was fantastic, a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also great, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel that made it easy to get around.
We felt that some of the staff were not as friendly towards us as they were towards Japanese guests. While the lower-level staff were kind and helpful, upper-level staff seemed to be less welcoming.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They provided me with transportation schedules to the Tsunoshima and even gave me a ride to the train station when I left. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a bus stop right in front of it. The rooms were lovely and clean.
Absolutely nothing.
